Click on Settings > Custom information.
You can add custom text to the booking confirmation email. This is most suitable for communicating instructions, requests, or friendly notes.
When a user creates a booking, the booking confirmation email is sent to their email address automatically. If a System user creates a booking on behalf of a user, the booking confirmation email is only sent if user notifications are switched on.
If you are on the Starter Plan your confirmation email will include a 'Powered by skedda.com' note at the bottom and the email is from 'Skedda'.
All other plans offer a white-labeled version of the email template, it comes from your venue name and excludes any Skedda branding.
