Organization Dashboard

Written by Kirill Gorokhov

If you run more than one venue with Skedda, your venues can be grouped together under an organization. Your organization dashboard is a single place to see Insights across all of your venues at once - so you can compare locations without switching between them one by one.

This article covers what the organization dashboard is, how to get to it, what you'll find there, and who to contact to get set up or make changes.

How it works

  • Your organization groups your venues together and gives you a cross-venue view of your data.

  • Organizations are set up by Skedda. You don't create the organization or add people to it yourself - this is handled for you, usually during onboarding.

  • If your organization wasn't set up during onboarding, or you need something changed later (adding a venue, adding or changing who has access, renaming), just contact support and we'll take care of it.

  • Right now, the organization dashboard shows Insights across your venues. We intend to add more functionality soon!

Who can see it

The organization dashboard is available to owners and admins whose access spans the organization's venues, and only once Skedda has set your organization up.

If you believe you should have access but don't see the link described below, contact support - access is granted as part of setting up your organization, so there's nothing you need to configure yourself.

Getting to your organization dashboard

  1. Open any of your venues in Skedda as you normally would.

  2. In the left sidebar, at the bottom, open the venue switcher - the button showing your current venue's name.

  3. Below your list of venues, click your organization's name.

  4. You'll be taken to your organization dashboard.

Note: Your organization has its own web address (for example, yourorg.skedda.com), so the address in your browser will change when you move from a venue to the organization dashboard. This is expected.

What you'll see: Insights across your venues

The organization dashboard opens on Insights - a cross-venue overview under the heading Multi-venue overview ("Select venues to compare insights across locations.").

Choose which venues to compare

  • A venue selector table lists your venues. Use the checkboxes to pick which venues are included in the view - select all of them, or just the ones you want to compare.

  • The table gives you a quick side-by-side of each venue across these columns: Venue, Bookings, Users, Spaces, Utilization, and Check-in rate.

  • A counter (for example, "3 of 5 selected") shows how many venues are currently in view.

Filter the data

Above the charts you can narrow what you're looking at:

  • A date range filter to focus on a specific period.

  • A weekdays filter to include only the days you care about.

Summary cards and charts

  • A row of summary cards gives you the headline numbers across the venues you've selected.

  • Two tabs let you switch what the charts show:

    • Utilization

    • Spaces

  • On each chart you can toggle between:

    • Aggregated - combines the selected venues into a single view.

    • Per venue - breaks the same data out venue by venue, so you can compare locations directly.

If a view looks empty

If a chart shows "No data found," try adjusting the filters (for example, widen the date range or include more weekdays or venues).

Making changes or getting help

Because organizations are managed by Skedda, contact support whenever you need to:

  • Add or remove a venue from your organization.

  • Add, change, or remove who can access the organization dashboard.

  • Rename your organization.

We'll make the change for you - there's no self-service setup to worry about.
