Charge custom tagged users (e.g., your members) one price and everyone else another.

Why use it?

Reward loyalty by offering custom groups an automatic lower rate at checkout.

  • Differentiated pricing without complicated workflows

  • Encourages sign-ups to paid membership tiers

Prerequisites

  • Create custom tag to use for discount → see User Tags

  • Assign this tag to desired user in your user list

  • Make sure that standard hourly rate is already set

Example: Custom pricing for members

In our example, we will add a special price for our venue's members with two membership tiers "Gold" and "Silver", each having a custom pricing set while everyone else pays a standard rate.
