Check your subscription, payment details, and billing history, or find out how to delete your account.

On your Subscriptions page, you'll find information about your subscription, billing and billing history. Please note that only the owner and system users will have access to your subscriptions page.

Subscription

Here you will see the details of your subscription depending on what Skedda Plan you've chosen and how many spaces you have configured in your account. Please note, that in some cases your venue may have shared billing and you will therefore not be able to edit the payment details. In that case, please reach out to the main venue or Skedda support for help.

Billing

Under 'Billing' you can set or change your payment details for your Subscription and thereby also customize the content shown in your receipts/invoices. Simply input your details and click 'Set billing details' to save.

Please note that you can customize the content shown in your receipts/invoices in your Billing History. To do so, make sure you complete the 'Custom Invoice Content' section when providing your payment method on your subscription page.

For example, you may wish to include additional contact information or internal reference numbers. If you've already set up your billing details and wish to add the custom content, simply go to your subscriptions page and click 'Change billing details', add the needed information, and click 'Set billing details' to save.

Billing History

The Owner and System Admins can view and download the venue's billing history for paid Skedda subscription fees.

Click on the 'star' link to go to your subscriptions page in the navigation bar. You'll then see the 'Billing History' towards the bottom of that page and you can then click 'Show billing history' to display the history.

Delete a venue account

Only the Owner can delete the venue account and all venue data. To fully delete your account please login to your account and contact us via the in-app messenger. Our team or a helpful bot will guide you through the quick steps!

Remember this is irreversible! If you plan to take this step, consider exporting all of your booking data from the list view first.
