  1. Choose your booking's date, start time, and space

From the map view, select both your booking's start date, as well as start time, using the selectors ringed in red in the screenshot above. Once you've done this, choose from the available spaces (indicated with a green circle) and click on the one that you'd like to book.

2. View availability, and details, for the space and proceed as desired

Once you click into your preferred space, the modal in the screenshot above will appear. From here, you can browse through the availability of the space you've selected. When you're ready to proceed, you can click on the 'Book for...' button.

3. Complete the booking form and confirm your booking

Complete all the required fields in the booking form, making sure to view all the pertinent booking policies in place at your organization. From there, you can confirm your booking by clicking on the 'Confirm booking' button at the end of the booking form.

4. Booking confirmed!

After confirming your booking, you'll see a green banner appear at the top of your screen to confirm that your booking has been successful, and a blue 'person' icon will appear over the space that you've booked when the time of day is set to the booking duration you selected for your booking.

5. Accessing your booking details

If you'd like to manage your booking details, you can do so by clicking into the space that you've booked, where you see the blue 'person' icon in place. From there, you'll be able to:
