What's included in the Flex Plan?

Skedda's Flex Plan is all about powering up your Skedda venue account!

Skedda Flex frees you from your booking administration overhead and saves you time by empowering your users to self-service book your shared spaces. Smart automation help you and your team/community manage bookings more efficiently in the day-to-day. Below you can see all the features that are included in the Flex plan:

Bookings & Reservations

  • Space Limits: All plans are priced per space. The space limit for Flex is 25 spaces.

  • Bookings: Unlimited. Users can book as many times as needed.

  • Interactive Floor Plans: The Interactive Floor Plans are only a part of our Starter, Plus, and Premier Plans and cannot be added to Flex Plans. If you need Floor Plans, you'll need to upgrade.

  • Administrators: The set of booking administrators, systems administrators, and account owner is limited to 10 in total.

  • Visitor Management: Visitor Management is a paid add-on, that is only available when subscribing to our Starter, Plus, and Premier Plans and cannot be added to Flex Plans. If you need Visitor Management, you'll need to upgrade.

Customization & Personalization

  • White Labeling: Add a professional touch by removing references to the Skedda brand name on your account, the booking confirmation email, notifications, and mobile home-screen launcher icons. Check out the booking confirmation email for more information.

  • Brand Color & Logo: Put your brand front and center with your own brand color and logo More details here: Brand color and Brand logo.

  • Color Rules: Using color is a great way for admins to digest what's happening day-to-day at a glance. Check out the Coloring article for more information. The limit for color rules for Flex is 5 rules.

  • Space Images & Photos: Upload photographs to each space so that your users gain a richer appreciation for the spaces they're booking! Add these when managing the spaces on your account.

  • Custom Fields: Ask questions and collect/manage additional information for bookings. Create up to 5 custom fields and configure their inclusion by booking type, space, and user tag. See Custom Fields for more information.

Integrations & Sync

  • Online Payments: If you need to be able to take payments through Stripe, you can include this as a paid add-on. You can read more about Online Payments here.

  • Mobile Apps: Access Skedda while you're on the move with native mobile apps. Included for both iOS + Android.

  • Tablet Displays: Tablet Displays are only available when subscribing to our Starter, Plus, and Premier Plans and cannot be added to Flex Plans. If you need Tablet Displays, you'll need to upgrade.

  • Microsoft 365 + Google Workspace: The integration with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is only available when subscribing to our Starter, Plus, and Premier Plans and cannot be added to Flex Plans. If you need a Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace Integration, you'll need to upgrade.

Security & Access

  • Single-Sign On (SSO): Login in with SSO is only available when subscribing to our Starter, Plus, and Premier Plans and cannot be added to Flex Plans. If you need Single-Sign On, you'll need to upgrade.

  • Two-way Sync: Two-way Sync is only available when subscribing to our Starter, Plus, and Premier Plans and cannot be added to Flex Plans. If you need Two-way Sync, you'll need to upgrade.

  • Transparent Booking Info: Allow non-admin users to see the booking title and booking holder of other bookings (not just their own). See User Access and Visibility for further information.

  • Microsoft Teams App: Integration with Microsoft Teams App is only available when subscribing to our Starter, Plus, and Premier Plans and cannot be added to Flex Plans. If you need Microsoft Teams App, you'll need to upgrade.

  • Private Option: Set your venue to completely private. In private mode, only people on your users' list (invited or manually added by an admin) can log in and interact with your scheduler. See User Access and Visibility to learn more about this.

  • Check In: Check In is only available when subscribing to our Starter, Plus, and Premier Plans and cannot be added to Flex Plans. If you need Check In you'll need to upgrade.

  • Dedicated Account Manager: As a Flex customer, you will not have a dedicated Account Manager, however, our support is online 24/7 and always willing to help you if you have any questions or concerns. Just reach out here.

Custom Rules Engine

  • Booking Conditions: Booking Conditions can help you really customize Skedda to your needs and with Flex you'll have the freedom of unlimited access to creating all the booking condition rules you can possibly think of!

  • Booking Windows: Control how far in advance users can book, and give preferential/early-access booking privileges to certain types of users, optionally varying by space. See the Booking windows article for more information. With Flex, you'll have up to 100 rules.

  • Quotas: Quotas can be created for individuals and groups, making it easy for you to manage allowances and fair usage across your spaces. With Flex, you'll have the ability to create up to 20 quotas. Check out the Quotas article for more information.

  • Buffers Limit: Enforce gaps/breaks/buffers between bookings to facilitate teardown, cleanup, setup, or changeover with up to 50 rules included in Flex. See the Buffer time article.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Insights Dashboard: Drive your space-management strategy by identifying trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities using Skedda's powerful analytics and reporting solution. See our Insights article for more information.

  • Booking Data Retention: Up to 3 years of data retention for old bookings. If you need longer data retention you'll need to upgrade to one of our Starter, Plus, or Premier Plans. Note that upgrading doesn't automatically change your retention setting (i.e. you must still explicitly set your desired retention period on the relevant settings page).   • Booking Activity Feed: The booking-activity feed allows you to answer the inevitable questions about booking activities, for example, "Who canceled that booking, and when?" With Flex, you will have 30 days of these activity logs.
