The Integrations Pack includes syncing with external calendars and integrating with applications via Zapier. Check your subscriptions page for information on pricing!

Calendar Syncing (iCal)

  • Venue-level iCal feeds enable administrators to pull all venue booking information into an external calendar. The venue-level iCal feed link can be found under Venue settings > Integrations.

  • User-level iCal feeds enable each user to subscribe to and pull just their own bookings from Skedda into their external calendars (Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, etc).

    Users can find their personal iCal feed link in their 'My Profile' area. Each link is unique, private, and secured with a key (the key can be regenerated if required):

Note that the Integrations pack does not include the 'direct' integration feature for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants as that feature requires a Workplace plan.
