Written by Faruk Ljubovic

With the Memberships page, your customers can browse and subscribe to your membership plans directly from your AllBooked venue. You control exactly which plans are visible to them.

Prerequisites

  • Your venue must be on the Advanced plan.

  • You must have at least one active membership plan configured in your Memberships settings.

Publishing a plan to the customer facing Memberships page

  1. Go to Memberships settings in your venue's navigation sidebar.

  2. You'll see that under each membership price, there is the Public toggle.

  3. Click the toggle on any plan to turn it on.

  4. Repeat for each plan you want to make visible.

  5. You can also use bulk actions at the top of the Memberships page to "Make all public" or "Make all hidden"

Adding benefits descriptions to your membership tiles

Each plan tile on the Memberships page can display a list of up to 6 benefits. These are short sentences that inform customers of the available perks for a particular benefit.

How to add benefits list via Stripe

  1. Log in to your Stripe Dashboard.

  2. Go to Product catalog and open the product that corresponds to the membership plan you want to update.

    1. Alternatively, directly navigate to the product in Stripe via your Membership Settings.

  3. Click on the edit icon under the "Details" section

  4. Click "More options"

  5. Scroll to the Marketing features section on the product detail page.

  6. Add each benefit as a separate feature entry.

  7. Save your changes in Stripe.

Tip: The order you set in Stripe is the order customers see on each membership plan. Put your most compelling benefits first.
