With the Memberships page, your customers can browse and subscribe to your membership plans directly from your AllBooked venue. You control exactly which plans are visible to them.
Prerequisites
Your venue must be on the Advanced plan.
You must have at least one active membership plan configured in your Memberships settings.
đĄ This page is for customers to subscribe to memberships by themselves. Feel free to share a link to the page so customers can pick a plan and subscribe. If you want to invite a specific person to a membership, use Send invite link on the Users page. Learn how to send an invite link.
Publishing a plan to the customer facing Memberships page
Go to Memberships settings in your venue's navigation sidebar.
You'll see that under each membership price, there is the Public toggle.
Click the toggle on any plan to turn it on.
Repeat for each plan you want to make visible.
You can also use bulk actions at the top of the Memberships page to "Make all public" or "Make all hidden"
Adding benefits descriptions to your membership tiles
Each plan tile on the Memberships page can display a list of up to 6 benefits. These are short sentences that inform customers of the available perks for a particular benefit.
How to add benefits list via Stripe
Log in to your Stripe Dashboard.
Go to Product catalog and open the product that corresponds to the membership plan you want to update.
Alternatively, directly navigate to the product in Stripe via your Membership Settings.
Click on the edit icon under the "Details" section
Click "More options"
Scroll to the Marketing features section on the product detail page.
Add each benefit as a separate feature entry.
Save your changes in Stripe.
Tip: The order you set in Stripe is the order customers see on each membership plan. Put your most compelling benefits first.
FAQs
Who can see the Memberships page on my venue?
Who can see the Memberships page on my venue?
It depends on whether your venue is set to public or private:
Public venues: The Memberships page is visible to everyone, including visitors who aren't logged in. Anyone who finds your venue site can browse your published plans.
Private venues: The Memberships page is only visible to users who are already registered at your venue.
Can I copy a Subscribe button link and send it to my customers?
Can I copy a Subscribe button link and send it to my customers?
No â the Subscribe buttons are designed for customers to click themselves while signed in, so a copied link won't work for everyone you send it to.
To invite a specific person to a membership, go to the Users page and use the Send invite link. That generates a proper invite that walks new customers through registration/login and then checking out.
