User Search makes it easy to find a colleague, see when they're coming into the office, and locate them on the floor plan - all without leaving the scheduler.
Note: User Search must be enabled by your venue admin before it's available to regular users. If you're an admin, see the For admins section below.
For users
Searching for a colleague
Click the 'User search' button in the top bar on the map view.
Type a colleague's name. If your venue uses organizations (for example, to group departments), you can also search by organization name.
Select a result from the list to view their upcoming bookings.
Viewing a colleague's location
If your venue has a floor plan and your colleague has an assigned space or a booking, you can click it to jump directly to their space on the floor plan.
Favoriting colleagues
Click the star icon next to a colleague's name to add them to your favorites. Favorited colleagues appear at the top of User Search so you can find them quickly without typing.
To remove a favorite, click the star icon again.
You can also manage your favorites from the user search menu to add or remove multiple users on your favorites list.

For admins
Enabling User Search
To enable user search, you must create at least one user visibility rule.
User Search is disabled by default. To make it available to regular users:
Go to Settings > Access & visibility.
Toggle User Search on.
Once enabled, regular users will see the search option in the scheduler.
Disabling User Search
To hide User Search from regular users, return to the same setting and toggle it off. System users (owner, admins & custom admins) are not affected by this setting.
How User Search respects visibility rules
User Search follows the same user visibility rules you've already configured for your venue. If you've hidden user names or organization details from regular users, those details won't appear in search results either.
This means you don't need to configure User Search separately, it automatically inherits your existing privacy settings.
