My Profile is your profile on Skedda, where you can input your personal details, as well as find your 'Personal Calendar Feed'.

Click on the Person icon > My Profile.

From here, you will have the option to see and change your email, login details (including social logins), contact details such as name, telephone and organization, and credit card information if the venue has chosen to enable online payments.

To reset your login details head to the main Skedda login page. From here choose 'Reset login now'.

This will ask you to enter your email address and you will be sent an email that contains a link to set a new login.

If you are logged in but would like to reset your password, you can do so from the 'My Profile' page, by clicking on 'Reset Password' next to your email. Then click 'Yes, send me a reset link'.

You can sync your calendar on a user level with the Personal Calendar Feed. You just need to get the link from My Profile > Personal Calendar Feed > Your iCal link and then follow the instructions in this article!
