Who's in feature - Scheduled
By typing "@skedda in setup" into to their channel chat, the team can receive an automated recurring summary of upcoming bookings for all the users in that channel!
In response to these recurring summaries, you can:
See more details for a given day (expanding the details will reveal exactly who has booked in where, and when!)
Make a booking (they can make bookings in response to the information included in the summary)
The result is the same as the Who's in report on demand, just that you can now schedule it to be sent automatically at a time and day that suits your team.
Scheduling the 'Who's in' report
Post a command “@Skedda In Setup”, select the Skedda app using the @ and clicking on the suggestion, followed by the “In Setup” suggestion
Click on 'Set up recurring reports' to schedule the 'Who's in' report
Please note that if there are reports already set up on the channel, they can only be edited by an admin user or by the creator of the report.
In the resulting form, select the time and days that you want the report to be sent in that channel or group chat.
Click on 'Schedule report' and this will post a confirmation message in the channel with details on who scheduled the report and the details of the schedule such as time and day.
Clicking on ‘Edit recurring reports’ when report exists will show a list of reports grouped by each user in a modal with the option to ‘Delete’, ‘Create new report’ or go ‘Back’
Clicking on ‘Delete’ will delete the existing report. This will result in a ‘Report removed’ modal and the bot will post a message in the channel to inform users that the report has been deleted. Users have the option to ‘Set up recurring report’ from here.
If the user clicks on ‘Schedule report’, when a report already exists, they will receive the option to ‘Replace old report’ which gives details of both the old & new reports.
