If you're a venue who accepts online payments, your users will only have to submit credit/debit card details once––usually when they make their first booking within the booking creation screen.

Once their details are entered, they are stored securely within Stripe's payment gateway (this sensitive data never makes contact with Skedda's database) and can be updated anytime by the user if they visit "My Profile" (where users can also change their email and update their password!).

Note that a user cannot delete their payment details, only update them. If a user requests that their payment details be removed, they'll need to reach out to the venue Admin who has access to the business Stripe account, where a user's card information can be removed from their customer profile:
