In this video we look at how to create an email integration so that different email templates can be sent depending on the booking.  We use the example of sending different booking instructions depending on what space the booking is created for. The same integration could be created for a number of booking variables, for example, who created the booking, their organisation, if it's above a certain price, and a keyword that has been entered into the title or notes field.

We focus on the Zapier step calls 'Paths' which uses conditional logic to automate which email should be sent. There can be three email options within one integration. This is part of Zapier's Enterprise Plan. 

A second option, discussed briefly at the end of the video is using their step called 'Filter' which will simply filter if one email option should be sent or not depending on the rule that has been created. This is part of Zapier's Starter Plan.
