Skedda allows you choose how users can access your account as well as what booking details are visible to them.

The system allows you flexibility to select between a number of options that reflect how you would like things to work.

These settings are located in the: Venue Profile > Access and Visibility

These options are broken up into the sections of 'Who's allowed access?' & 'Booking transparency'

These options mean that you can have the combination that suits your situation. For example an office environment may want to make things 'private' with users needing to login whereas a local tennis venue may want any member of the public to be able to 'look and book'.
